We’re seeing a lot of lazy or unprepared agents listing houses and they’re missing all 4 of these tips… their poor sellers are now being punished by their agents and their lack of knowledge and skill to work in this market. Bummer for all you sellers out there wondering why your house hasn’t sold.

I know a lot of us are hearing that the real estate market is crashing like a rock! Yet it’s not yet happened here in the 3 Beach Cities of the South Bay Los Angeles.
Even in this shifted market, we’re still seeing about 20% of the new listings sell in the first 2 weeks…most of those have multiple offers.
Yes… you heard me.. multiple offers! In this market!
To clarify… we’re still in an incredibly low inventory market. Lowest levels of inventory to choose from ever!
