Even in this shifted market, we’re still seeing about 20% of the new listings sell in the first 2 weeks…most of those have multiple offers.
Yes… you heard me.. multiple offers! In this market!
To clarify… we’re still in an incredibly low inventory market. Lowest levels of inventory to choose from ever!
